Howishia McFadden is the Founder and Owner of DNDIII Management. She passionately serves her diverse clientele with the support of more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare, janitorial and customer service industries as well as a formal certification from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
As a minority and woman business owner, Howishia finds purpose in showing, helping and educating others on how to build a legacy and experience financial freedom by pursuing their passion and having a vision for the future. Howishia values and leans on having the heart of a servant as she meets the needs and exceeds the expectations of the DNDIII Management clientele.
